If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (EXCLUDING PROMOTIONS)

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return

  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label and the next steps upon receiving your request

Please note: Return shipping is free for qualifying items. The item must be returned in original condition within 30 days.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

To report a damaged item:

  2. Include the order number and photo(s) of the damaged product

  3. Use the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM

Please notify us of any damage within 14 days of receiving your order.


MISSING ITEMS

If you have not received your full order or an item is missing, please contact us immediately:

RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAILERS

For items purchased from authorized retailers (outside of our website), please contact the retailer directly to arrange a return or exchange. Our policy applies only to purchases made directly from piquantfind.


EXCLUSIONS & NOTES

  • Black Friday & promotional items may have different return conditions; please review the promotion terms before purchasing

  • All returns should be made through piquantfind authorized return process

  • Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

  • For exchanges, the original item must be returned before a new item is shipped out
