GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your package is shipped, we will also send tracking information so you can follow your order status.

Can I change my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. If your order is already marked as preparing for shipping, shipped, or delivered, we are unable to make changes.

How can I track my package?

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again, leave the package in a safe place, or contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the shipping carrier and your country. In some cases, you may need to collect the parcel from your local post office or pickup point.

Do you accept returns?

  • The item has not been used

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
